The Huntsville real estate market in 2026 is shifting toward a more balanced, buyer-friendly environment, with average home values hovering around $300k to $400k. As inventory slowly rises, price appreciation is expected to moderate to a sustainable 2%–4% range. Despite moderation, the city remains a high-growth, tech-driven area. As far as Hawks Ridge is concerned – We are still the most centrally located for Executives, or those working in Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, or the Hospital areas. Hawks Ridge prices are higher than the average since LOCATION is so much better only 5 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from most anything you may need. Homes start around $500k and the Executive homes are over $1M. There is only one (1) estate lot remaining.
